Terms of supply, shipping, and delivery
The company will deliver the order to the address entered in the order form (hereinafter: "Shipment").

Depending on the customer's choice, the order will be delivered in one of the ways listed in Appendix A attached to these regulations.

The errands are carried out by external shipping companies, whose services the company is not responsible for, including regard to delays in the deliveries they make. At the same time, with any problem, you can contact our customer service on WhatsApp at 972- 54-5449212. Full details are detailed in section 1.5 below. In any case, the company's responsibility for any delay or delay in the delivery of products will not exceed the shipping fees paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for receiving the shipment from someone over the age of 18 or from someone on his behalf.

The shipment was not delivered for a reason related to the customer, including, but not limited to, due to the provision of incorrect and/or incorrect and/or inaccurate details when placing the order or because the customer was not at the delivery address at the designated time, the customer will be charged the cost of shipping and handling fees for the shipment.

Despite the above and in Appendix A (the company and/or the delivery company may refuse to deliver an order to areas that are restricted from a security point of view. In such a case, the delivery method will be coordinated in advance with the customer).

3. Cancellations and product returns

2. Cancellation of an order by a customer before receiving it from the customer:

As long as the ordered products have not left the company's warehouses, the customer may cancel the order, in whole or in part, by contacting the company's customer service as stated in section 2 above.

If the order is canceled as stated in this section 2.2, an e-mail notification will be sent to the customer, and the company will return to the customer, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice as stated in section 3.2.1 above, the amount paid by him at the time of placing the order, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the order price.
3. Returning an order after receiving it from the customer:

The order has been delivered to the customer, the customer may return the product as long as it is in its original packaging, without any use, in good condition, without injury and/or damage and/or defect and/or spoilage of any kind and type - by contacting customer service of the company as stated in section 3 above, within 14 days from the day it was supplied to him. For the avoidance of doubt, after 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, it cannot be canceled.

For the avoidance of doubt, Test Strips cannot be returned in any way.

After confirmation of the cancellation of the order by the company in accordance with what is stated in this Section 3.3, the company will send the customer an e-mail message informing them of this, and the customer must return the product to the company at his own expense within 14 days from the date of the cancellation notice.

The company will return to the customer, within 14 days of receiving the product at its premises as required in section 3.3.3 above, the amount paid by him for that product at the time of placing the order, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the price.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that by canceling an order as stated in this section 3.3, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the shipping fees to the extent that they were paid by him.
4. Replacement of a product due to a defect:

The customer must check the items included in the order immediately upon receipt of the shipment. If the customer received the product while it was defective, the customer is requested to contact the company's customer service as mentioned by phone, by e-mail or by fax indicated in section 2 above, within two business days at the most, and coordinate receiving a replacement product for the defective product or the cancellation of the order regarding the defective product only. For your attention, the company will not handle customer inquiries regarding products received when they are damaged, which will be received after two business days have passed from receiving the shipment.

If the purchase of the defective product is canceled in accordance with what is stated in this Section 3.4, an e-mail notification will be sent to the customer, and the company and/or someone on its behalf will contact the customer to coordinate the return of the defective product.

If the defective product is returned to the company, the company will return to the customer, within 14 days of receiving the products at its premises, the amount paid by him for that defective product when placing the order. In case of cancellation due to a defect, the company will refund the customer the shipping fees, as much as they were paid by him.

Cancellation of an order, even if made due to a defect in the product, after it has been delivered to the customer, is subject to the return of the items whose order was canceled to the company, when they have not been used, in their original packaging, intact and without damage and/or damage and/or defect and/or spoilage of any kind and type.
5. Cancellation of an order by the company and cessation of website activity:

The Company may, at any time and at its sole discretion, cancel the customer's order, for any reason whatsoever, and without any obligation to the customer.

Without detracting from the above, in the event that after the end of a sale, it is discovered that a certain product is out of stock, the company may cancel the sale or offer an equivalent replacement product. If a sale is canceled as mentioned, the company will not be responsible and will not bear any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the customer or a third party.
